Shakya Dynasty – Facts and History In India, the Saka king called himself ‘satrap’. Suspect was originally a resident of Sardania in Central Asia. They are also called ‘Scythians’.

Branches of Doubt in India

There were four branches of doubt in India which were as follows:
  • SatkhilaKshatra, Mathura’s satrap, Satyaprat of Nasik, Ujjain’s satrap
  • The satraps of Taxila and Mathura were called northern satraps. The most glorious ruler of Ujjain’s satrap was Rudradaman. He has repaired the Sudarshan Lake.
