History of Pakistan formation | Formation of Pakistan as a Muslim Country The first outline of Pakistan was laid out in 1930 AD by Urdu Poet Iqbal. In the Lahore session of the Muslim League on March 23, 1940 AD, Mohammed Ali Jinnah demanded a separate Pakistan from India. He led the Pakistan movement in Indian independence revolution. Actually, Pakistan movement was a religious political movement. This movement had only aimed to create Pakistan from the Muslim majority area from British India. On 14th August 1947 AD, Pakistan was created separately from India. It’s the only nation in the world which created in the name of Islam. Liaquat Ali became the first Prime Minister of Pakistan and Mohammad Ali Jinnah became first Governor General.
